Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Elmridge Operations handles personal information associated with elmridgeoperations.com, business inquiries, and our operational support services. Elmridge Operations was established on September 30, 2026 and is based at 7185 Swinnea Rd, Southaven, MS 38671. The policy distinguishes information that stays in the website interface from information you separately provide to us for a business inquiry or engagement.

1. Information entered in the website form

The on-page form asks for a name, business name, email address, phone number, selected service or package, and a description of the work. These entries are used within the page to check completion and show a confirmation. The form does not transmit your entries to us, create a server-side request, or store your form details in browser local storage.

Closing the form removes the current form content from the page. A browser may separately offer autofill or remember information according to your own browser settings. To arrange support, use your own email service or another separately agreed contact channel. Information you send through that channel is handled as described below.

2. Information in business communications

When you contact us separately, we may receive your name, business name, role, business contact details, service requirements, correspondence, and relevant proposal or assignment references. During an engagement, the client may provide vendor contacts, order references, delivery information, task records, process steps, checklists, and reports.

Those business records may include personal information about employees, suppliers, customers, or other participants. Provide only what the inquiry or agreed work requires. Please do not put passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information into a general inquiry.

3. Sources of information

We may receive business information directly from you, from an authorized client representative, or from a vendor, carrier, or other person involved in an authorized assignment. If someone gives us another person's details, that person must have authority to do so and provide any notice required by applicable law.

Website infrastructure can generate technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, connection records, device or browser information, and security logs. The precise information depends on the infrastructure and services actually used. Optional analytics or advertising processing must follow the applicable privacy choices and disclosures.

4. How we use information

Relevant business information is used to respond to inquiries, understand requirements, prepare proposals, deliver the agreed service, maintain working records, communicate updates, administer billing, resolve concerns, and meet applicable legal obligations. Vendor and order details are used for authorized coordination. Task records are used to organize responsibilities, agreed dates, outstanding questions, and next actions.

Routine documents are prepared using the information the client supplies for the agreed purpose. We do not treat access to a business record as permission to use it for an unrelated purpose. A material new use must have an appropriate legal basis and, where required, additional notice or consent.

5. Client-directed processing

Where we handle personal information solely on a client's instructions, the client determines the purposes of that processing. The service agreement and a data processing agreement where required define the relevant responsibilities, permitted instructions, safeguards, and handling at the end of the assignment.

An individual whose information was supplied by a client may contact that client directly about the underlying business record. We assist with requests where required by our agreement or applicable law. This Privacy Policy does not replace a client's own privacy notice or a required data processing agreement.

6. Who may receive information

Access may be provided to authorized personnel and contractors who need the information for their assigned work; providers supporting website infrastructure, business communications, document management, or billing; and vendors, carriers, or client representatives involved in the authorized coordination activity. Access and disclosure should be limited to what the purpose requires.

Information may also be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or a lawful business reorganization. Where appropriate, recipients are subject to contractual, confidentiality, or other safeguards. Public use of a client's name, logo, records, or confidential material requires the client's permission.

7. Cookies and privacy choices

The website stores your privacy decision under the browser-storage key elmridge_privacy_v1. The record contains the chosen purpose permissions, a timestamp, and a policy version. It does not contain the form fields or assistant questions. The decision is treated as valid for 180 days; an expired decision is removed when the website next checks it.

You can accept optional purposes, reject them, or manage categories. Your decision is passed to the website platform's privacy controls when those controls are available. The Elmridge website themselves do not add advertising or analytics tools. Other configured website services must respect applicable choices and be reflected in the Cookie Policy. Our controls do not grant sale/sharing permission.

8. Website assistant

The Elmridge Assistant provides local responses based on the company information on the website. Questions and responses are displayed in the current page and are not sent to an external AI provider by this guide. It does not store conversation text in browser local storage or create an engagement.

Please keep questions limited to company information, service scope, prices, packages, and navigation. Do not enter sensitive personal information or confidential client records into the guide. Reloading or leaving the page clears its current conversation state, subject to independent browser behavior.

9. Retention

Information received through separate business communications is kept for the purposes of the inquiry or engagement and applicable contractual, accounting, or legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record, the duration of the assignment, any required recordkeeping, and unresolved claims. Unnecessary copies should be deleted when they no longer serve a legitimate purpose.

The service agreement addresses return or deletion of client records, any required retention, and documented backup arrangements. Technical records are governed by the website infrastructure's actual configuration and relevant requirements. On-page form entries and guide conversations are not retained by this website after the page state is cleared.

10. Safeguards and responsible sharing

Business information must be handled with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity and the purpose of the work. Access should be restricted by responsibility, and the method used to exchange a client's records should be agreed before sensitive information is provided. A general public form is not an appropriate channel for credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. If a concern affects personal information, we assess the issue and take the response and notification steps required by applicable law and any relevant agreement. This policy does not claim a particular certification or a guarantee that incidents cannot occur.

11. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restrictions on processing, or an objection to certain uses. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Additional rights, appeal procedures, or complaint routes may apply in your jurisdiction.

Send a request to operations@elmridgeoperations.com using your own email service. Explain the information or relationship involved and the action you seek. We may need proportionate information to verify identity and authority. We respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain a lawful limitation or refusal where relevant. We do not require unrelated sensitive documents merely to receive a request.

12. Marketing and service communications

If promotional communications are sent, they must provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe and obtain consent where required. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential communications about a service you have separately requested. The on-page form acknowledgment is not enrollment in a marketing list.

A privacy preference signal supported by the browser, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, is taken into account by the website controls. When that signal is detected, this interface does not enable its marketing permission or grant sale/sharing permission.

13. Location and external services

Business communications and website infrastructure may involve service providers operating in different locations. Where a law requires safeguards for a transfer of personal information, the relevant arrangement must provide those safeguards. A provider should be identified and disclosed as required for the services actually used; a generic policy does not itself establish a lawful transfer mechanism.

Independent vendor systems and externally operated services have their own practices. We remain responsible for information we handle in our own role. Avoid sharing more information than the agreed coordination purpose requires.

14. Children and policy updates

Our services are directed to business clients and are not designed for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact the address below so the matter can be assessed and addressed.

We update this policy when relevant practices change and display the revised date. Where required, a material change is accompanied by additional notice or consent. Questions about the policy, an inquiry record, or a privacy request should be directed to the following contact details.
